Objetivos
OBJETIVO GENERAL:
Utilizar la lengua inglesa para atender de forma satisfactoria a la clientela en un establecimiento comercial, aplicando técnicas de venta y de comunicación eficaz.
OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS:
- Formular frases básicas en lengua inglesa para una comunicación eficaz con la clientela en un comercio.
- Aplicar técnicas de venta, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de la clientela y la estrategia comercial de la empresa, y utilizando la lengua inglesa.
